Parker & Andrea
If you ever need the cutest and most charismatic couple to photograph, I’ve got Parker and Andrea’s number. Seriously, they were just married one year ago and their love for each other, and for life, radiated through my camera lens. Her gorgeous chestnut curls alongside his ‘Tom Cruise’ smile were just the ticket for this Spring couples portrait session. Andrea’s cream summer dress and his muted green collared shirt and blue jeans worked perfectly with the woodsy backdrop. Their laughter and cooperation helped me feel at ease. This was a new location for me, which has quickly become one of my favorites for a portrait photography session.
Heritage Park in Cedar Hills, Utah is a beautiful park for portraits of any kind. There is a small creek that runs along the east side of the park with towering trees and shrubs to give diffused shade and texture to your images. The outreaching branches of the trees were still bare with hints of green as buds were beginning to emerge. I couldn’t get enough of the soft gray browns against various hues of green as a backdrop. Mother nature framed this handsome couple perfectly for their anniversary. I’d like to thank her for that.
